Dashboard Overview
Copy Survey Links
One main way to give students the Indigo Assessment is to provide a link. This link is custom to your organization and sometimes also to your grade or class. Students click the link and take the assessment.
Groups
Create groups of students within the dashboard to view just a single class or other group. Groups can be created in the dashboard for classes, clubs, or any other set of students. Once a group is created, it can be used in other parts of the dashboard such as Teaming and Batch Printing. Groups can be public or private.

Print Reports
If you want to print all the Indigo Reports for a group, you can use the Batch Printing option, located within the Groups tile. You have the option of printing full reports, just summary pages, or summary pages and the communication tips.
Archive or Move Reports
Users with the permission “This person can view and edit ALL private groups, and view archived reports.” can hide a student who is no longer with the organization or move a student who took an assessment in the wrong link. They can also update student first and last name and email as they are displayed in the dashboard.

Teaming
The Teaming tool in the dashboard allows you to form teams based on student characteristics.

User Management
The User Management tile allows you to add, remove, and manage the people who have access to your Indigo Dashboard. You also have the tools to give additional abilities and access (“permissions”) to certain users from the same interface.
User Management is only available to dashboard administrators and any staff who have specifically been given permission to manage dashboard users.
