Empathy. Education. Entrepreneurship.
Indigo Impact Initiative (I3) is a network of Communities providing at-risk Youth with mentorship in technology and entrepreneurship.
I3 supports these communities with the Indigo Assessment, on-site support, online resources, and sharing of best practices with innovative schools and programs.
Indigo Impact Initiative’s mission is to empower low-income communities to streamline their education-to-workforce pipeline by identifying and leveraging existing strengths with a focus on youth and entrepreneurship. We do this through partnership with local non-profits who can train leadership teams to spearhead the transformation.
One of our core initiatives are Virtual Reality Academies in partnership with Lobaki.

We Help Communities
- Better prepare their students to be productive members of society.
- Redefine the meaning of success. A “one-sized-fits-all” notion of success fails many in today’s world.
- Personalize their students’ educational experiences. “Individualized” education is often not “personalized” education.
- Prepare their students with the skills to address a broader range of real world problems
- Develop intra and interpersonal skills, which are critical to success in life.
“If you can catalyze the latent potential in a community, magic happens.”— Sheri Smith, Founder
