Natalie Beilein, M.S.Ed. lives in Youngstown NY, bordering the Niagara River and the shores of Lake Ontario. She is married to Bill Beilein and together they have three children, plus many more they have come to love. Natalie has her Master’s in Science in School Counseling from Canisius College. Natalie has been in education for 20 years, teaching science prior to counseling. Natalie is a community activist. She sits on the Lewiston Porter School Board, the Northpointe Council Board, the Leadership Niagara Mentoring Committee, the Niagara Falls Education Foundation Committee and the Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative (ESPRI) Education and Workforce Committee.
Natalie has planted many seeds of change, some which are actively growing roots. She envisioned and led a group of dedicated and passionate people that together created the Career Pathway Alliance, a school to workforce awareness bridge program for the Niagara Region. She also spearheaded the Indigo Project in New York state, helping students learn who they are and where they are going. Currently, she founded Your End Game, a coaching and consulting company for youth and adults. She utilizes Indigo in her foundational work recognizing self awareness is pivotal in setting realistic career pathway goals. Through Your End Game, she helps people flip the process, helping them to create an intentional best version of themselves. When she hears, “because that is how it has always been done” or “you’ll figure out what you want to do when you’re older,” she makes mention of Your End Game, willing to challenge the status quo and hoping to positively impact both educational and workforce systems.
