When you think of Niagara Falls, you think of vacation and the powerful vistas of cascading waters.  However, what you don’t realize is this community is struggling to find work for youth, revitalize the downtown, and compete with the Canadian side of the Falls.  Natalie Beilein, a force of nature, who was born and raised in the area, has a huge heart for students.  She is focused on working with local school districts to catalyze latent potential and partnering with local organizations and companies to create relevant career pathways while inspiring the “grit” that is inherent in these resilient people.
